A Leader in the communications industry since 1980, I.T. Klein is the Founder and CEO of several High technology companies Including Information Superhighway Inc. and U.S. Fibercom Headquartered on its own floor of trump Towers NYC in the 1990s.
 

In 1993, with an eye on the future, I.T. Klein incorporated the famous name Information Superhighway Inc., registered the domain name InformationSuperhighway.com and the toll-free number 1.800.Superhighway; as well as developing other valuable brands.  Ahead of the internet revolution, he promoted information technologies as the essential new medium for business communication and implemented numerous integrated voice/data/video networks and websites for his corporate clients. I.T. Klein continues to pioneer new information technologies and other diverse ventures.

For over 25 years, I.T. Klein's firms have introduced high tech solutions and consulting services for carriers such as AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, MCI, Worldcom and thousands of large and small companies such as the National Basketball Association, New York Post, British Broadcasting Corporation, Avon, USA Television Network.  More...

In 1980, ITK Network Management was the first company to provide customers with technology to access MCI and Sprint networks without having to dial cumbersome additional codes. This solution (which also converted rotary dial to touch tone) provided huge savings to business customers for the first time by realistically enabling them to use the discounted services of MCI and Sprint as easily as AT&T.  Headquartered in NYC ITK managed installation referrals from several hundred long distance salesman. 

Throughout the years, I.T. Klein provided his consulting services directly to major long distance carriers and introduced the concept of independent authorized agent programs to Allnet (Global Crossing) in 1981, to Cable & Wireless in 1982, and to Metromedia (Worldcom) in 1985, including AT&T and many others; becoming these carriers first authorized master agent generating tens of millions of dollars in sales. .

In 1984, building upon his unique relationships with dozens of carriers, he expanded upon the agent concept by forming Telcost Consultants Inc. (TelSave.com) as what came to be known as Value Added Resellers (VAR).  Telcost Consultants was the first company to enter into non-exclusive authorized agent contracts with multiple carriers thereby affording the customer with a variety of choices through a single point of contact that could manage the customer's constantly changing network requirements and continually lower their monthly bills.  Telcost Consultants maintained offices in Los Angeles and New York. During the mid 1980s when the public payphone industry was deregulated,  I.T. Klein also created Raytronix, and was among the very first pioneers to install private payphones in retail locations in New York and around the country.  In addition to providing consulting services and agent programs to carriers, he was tasked with creating the first infomercial forJohn Kluge's fast growing Metromedia company that was to become Worldcom and subsequently MCI Worldcom.

In 1987, I.T. Klein was the Founder and CEO of US FiberCom Network, (USF), the first switchless long distance reseller that  launched the multi-billion dollar reseller industry by employing the underlying networks of MCI and AT&T while utilizing USF™ own proprietary billing system (MagNet) to provide discounted invoices and advanced call detail reports to customers.  Headquartered on its own floor in Trump Tower with over a hundred employees, and hundreds of sales agents across the country. US Fibercom billed hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue and was bought by a cable company in t1993.  More...

In 1990, in an effort to firmly establish the new reseller industry he helped create during its infancy, I.T. Klein founded the 'IRA' (Interexchange Resellers Association) which after several subsequent mergers was renamed Comptel, and expanded to become the telecom industry's leading trade association with a membership that included Cisco, Vonage, Bell South, Qwest,  Earthlink, and hundreds of others.  Guest speakers at conventions have included President George Bush, Vice President Al Gore, Walter Cronkite, and other luminaries. By 1999, there were approximately thirty thousand independent telecom agents operating in the US, and ITK attempted to unify them into an association he coined the Master Agent Network aka MAN, by uniquely connecting and empowering them through the internet with the Agent Forum website providing new chat, voice, data and video technology, in addition to other unique future services ahead of their time. In 2004, I.T. Klein founded TeVue (TeleFoneTV Network Inc.).  TeVue provided television broadcast quality video-conferencing to businesses and homes at unprecedented affordable rates by attaching TeVue set-top equipment to customer's existing televisions, and connecting to internet broadband connections.  By 2005, TeVue had video conferencing systems installed around the world including Europe, Asia, Africa, and South America.  More...

From 2005 thru 2016 Todd Klein in partnership with his wife, Jennifer Klein opened Wine And Rose Bar (wrbar.com) in New York City, the first "famous" wine bar leading the new wave of boutique wine bars subsequently opening across the nation. In 2011, the Kleins created The Dakota Bar (TheDakotaBarNYC.com) another famous celebrity driven cocktail bar.  The Kleins continue to be active in several aspects of the hospitality business including consulting, with new venues planned across the country.
